How to avoid to be email being marked as spam?

To avoid to be e-mails being marked as spam, please do the following steps

Check the email content

Before of you start of sending campaign we recommended to check the content of your email message. Many anti spam filters can mark your email message as spam, if the content of your email message will contains content similar to the content used by spammers.

Check if the link for unsubscription is inserted

Before of you start of sending campaign we recommended to check the content of your email message, if the message body contains the link which allows the recipients unsubscription from your address list.

Send the test e-mails to the test email address

Before of you start sending campaign we recommended to send the part (few emails) from your email campaign to the email address defined for testing. Few emails will be send to your testing email address and you have the possibility to check of the final version of your email message before sending it to the recipients. Check if source code of the email message contains correct the "List-Unsubscribe" in head of message. If no, check if the appropriate checkbox is checked in the "Outgoing email settings" of the SenderMatic software. You can insert the "List-Unsubscribe" record by the header settings in the "Outgoing emails settings" also.

Check the domain of the outgoing email account

Before of you start sending campaign we recommended to check the settings of your outgoing email account and the DNS records of the domain used for sending of e-mails. Please read the Bulk Senders Guidelines from the Google for more details. The sending domain should pass either SPF check or DKIM check. Otherwise, mail might be marked as spam.
